Privacy policy.
Plain English, because that's the only kind worth reading.
What we collect
If you join the invite list (homepage form): your name, email address, which exam you're cramming for, and your state. If you use the contact form: the same, plus your message.
When you submit a form, your details are sent to us at [email protected] through our email relay (Resend). That connection is still being set up — until it's live, submissions are accepted but can't be delivered or stored: nothing is kept, and the form tells you so honestly. Until the relay is live, the sure way to reach us is [email protected]. We use these details for one thing: getting back to you about the launch and your exam.
What we don't collect
- No accounts. There are no user accounts before launch, so there's no password or profile data to hold.
- No tracking cookies. We don't set cookies to track you, and we don't buy or sell personal data.
- No payment data. We don't process payments yet — there's no payment until the October 26, 2026 launch. We never see or store card numbers.
Preview-app progress stays on your device
The interactive product preview (/app/, /diagnostic/, /flashcards/, /lessons/) stores your quiz answers and progress in your browser's localStorage — on your device only. It never leaves your browser, and clearing your browser data erases it.
How long we keep things
Until the relay is live, nothing you submit is stored anywhere. Once it is live and we start receiving invite-list and contact details, they're kept only until you ask us to delete them, or until they're no longer needed for the purpose you gave them. Email [email protected] any time and we'll remove your details.
Children
The Cram Lab is for adults preparing for career-license exams. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll note it here with a new effective date. The big one to expect: when accounts and payments go live at launch, this page gets a longer section about both.
